prommotion of officers was quashed by highcourt after 7 years. some officers have now haveen demoted on the basis of court order. in the meantime two rounds of prommotion processes were conducted. they were snatched of these apportunities as they were already prommoted. now what is legal remedy fothem

Approach High Court in writ Jurisdiction and challenge those promotion procedures on the ground violation of the principle of natural justice alongwith their right to life and right to equal opportunity of work amongst other grounds. If they are central Govt. employees then challange in the CAT
