My sister�s husband was worked as a Male nurse in govt. Hospital Department, he was dead on due to road accident. My sister is an MA B.ed qualified & she want to Naukri in education department as a Anukampa basis.

Department change ho sakta h kya, as per rajasthan anukampa service rule.

Dear Sir / Madam,

"Anukampa" means "job granted to next of kin for death whilst in service" Your sister and your brother in law are in two entirely different professions. But still, the Department can consider your sister's appointment as per rules if :

1. there is a vacant post in the Department;

2. the aggrieved person possesses the necessary qualification / experience for the post &;

3. the officers are convinced that the aggrieved person should be appointed on compassionate grounds.

Change of Department after appointment is purely at the discretion of the Management.
