standard chartered bank is not giving my pf . where can i complain.the PF is in pvt trust

you can apply for the PF in the company itself and in case they refuse to give it, you can send them a legal notice and file a suit for recovery and alternatively file a criminal complaint u/s 406 of Indian Penal Code.
