Legal Question in Employment Law in India
If it is stated in the offer letter that you will be on probation for 6 months after which you will be confirmed , and you will have to work for a minimum period of one year, Then should Employee get a confirmation letter on completion of 6 months or is it to be understood that he is confirmed. or / will the employee continue to be on probation till given a letter of confirmation
Also " you will have to work for a minimum period of one year " does it mean that after one year completion the offer letter will have to be renewed or same terms and conditions will hold good.
