Legal Question in Employment Law in India

I am Subba rao worked in Indian limited company and joined other company in Dubai.

1. As per my appointment letter upto 6 months my job will be under probation ((You shall be on probation for a period of six months from the date of joining. Your services are liable to termination without assigning any reasons or notice/ payment of compensation in lieu thereof during period of probation. Your appointment would be confirmed in writing on satisfactory completion of your probationary period. You shall be deemed to be on probation, unless specifically confirmed in writing even after the expiry of probation period.))

2. After I worked 14 months they did not permanent my job.

3. Based on this I given 4 day notice for my job and they given reliving letter.

4. They are not paying one month salary (Rs. 70,000) and saying you have to give one months notice and you fail to give same.

5. Can I take any legal action against this company?

6. This company have more than 100 employs and they are not paying PF and gratuity
