I am being subjected to harrasment by my employer. please guide whther i should resort legal recourse.

Definitely. Many employees who are harassed by their employer/ immediate supervisor remain passive and under go continuous mental trauma which affects their mental health, career and more critically even their married life and home peace.
So act quickly and contact the nearest lawyer and issue a legal notice. If any crimes are committed file a criminal complaint after a legal due notice.
