Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Please suggest me,what i should do,if my last company is not clearing my pending dues,salary,bonus etc.I tried many times to follow them via emails and telephone,but all time got same response that is,it will take more time.
May i file a complaint in Indian Labour Court againest that company , and what claim i could ask them,other than my salary and bonus.
Is that helpful if i send a legal notice to them

Hi,
You should consult a lawyer and send a legal notice to the company demanding your dues. I am sure company would release your payment after this.
