Need help & suggestion

I resigned from a Company in the month of Dec,2008, I gave 15 days notice periods & handed over my charges to my colleque who took my charges. I submit all the documents such as No Objections Letter & Balance Confirmations from all the Parties with whom my dealings was but till date I am unable to get the full & final settlement from my previous company & my claims & P.F. are still lying with this company. Kindly suggest how I procced to get back my rupees which i will get from the company.

You may raise a demand with your employer for all your dues. In the event of failure to receive any reply within reasonable time, you may consider legal action.

We suggest that you should consult a local lawyer and send your company a legal notice. Inspite of this the claim is not settled then you should approach the court and for PF related issue you can approach the PF authorities.

they are not supposed to withhold statutory payments/dues. They ought to have settled your account when got relieved you. Write a letter to them and in case of non compliance, issue a legal notice. In case of no settlement,file a recovery case.
