Legal Question in Employment Law in India
we suspend our employee who is as a officeboy in our company we suspend him without giving any intimation then he file d case on us 4 rejoining his job but our staff is not agree 4 taking him again and we were no giving him any notice 4 releaving d job then how to we proove we are right and he is wrong? plz give any advice to us 4 settelement d case.

u can not throw some body this way
the best way is to talk to him and if he asserts for job joining than let him join
and if ur staff doesn't want than u can later on relieve him after giving appropriate notice ....
