A teacher accused of 376/511.cbse school desides to dismiss him without going through proper channel and without waiting for the court's verdict. committee offers him some amount if he resigns. is it illigel or can the committee be punished under ipc?

in case the teacher is convicted of attempt to rape, in that situation, the school is well within its jurisdiction to dismiss him.
