Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I teaching experience considered as equivalent to Industry experience ? Is there any order / Guidlines from Honourable Supreme Court about this ?
In the case of Dr. (Miss) Subhash Kaushal vs State Of Punjab And Ors. on 22 March, 1982 , the honourable court has opined that " Teaching or 'to teach' in the ordinary sence means to impart knowledge or to guide the studies or to exhibit or impress something on the mind of the taught. "Experience" in the ordinary sense would mean practical acquaintance with any matter gained by trial" . I am looking out for specfic Orders which equates or doesnt equate these experiences.
Thanks in Advance
