Legal Question in Employment Law in India

termination

the company i work under has terminated me yesterday and asked me to leave, but i had asked for 3 months salary. And more over where the company is situated in a institutional area and it cant be there. Pls suggest me some legal advise.

You may make a demand only in accordance with your contract of employment.

The situation of the company in institutional area should not bother you.

You may be wasting your time and money by harboring untenable thoughts.
