termination

i join bpo on 12 march09 during induction hr told as there will b no pay if you dont clear ur training verbally. i complete my training but on 20 march 09 one TL told me tht ur terminated as client told tht ur not fit for this process and now thre are not paying me for those day .what should i do?

Please let us know whether you receive any official letter from the BPO. If not, then the BPO would be governed by the contract executed between you and the BPO for the purpose of payment on termination.

You may send a notice of demand; litigation may be too expensive; however, youm may consider filing a recovery suit.
