Termination laws & benefits eligible from company
dear sir,,
i was in service with a partnership company in india since 4 years of job, but i am trying to search a new job for better salaries & facilities, but once in a sudden i have gone to some vendors for company work purpose after asking the director,, but he has already appointed a man for--name removed--post, when i came back to company,the HR ept. handded--name removed--termination letter, without mentioning any reason,, and also mentioning that termination effective from that day,that time,,,
I AM A MUSTER PAYEE EMPLOYEES,,
please help--name removed--that what i can claim from them ???
--name removed--dues are there still - PF,ONE MONTH SALARY,,LAST YEAR BONUS,, BALANCE - EarnedLeave/CasualLeave ENCASHMENT( because i have not taken leave)

If you are a workman, you may make demand of your dues from your employer. In the event of your employer failing to make payment, you may approach the concerned authorities of Labour Department.

You can very well challenge the order of termination. In case you are a workman you can approach the labour officer concerned for conciliation proceedings. In case of failure, the labour court can be approached.
If you are not a workman, then you can file a suit and challenge the order of termination. Since the termination order is bad you are entitled to back wages also.
