Legal Question in Employment Law in India

i am a TGT(trained graduate teacher) in a govt school in delhi which is under delhi administration.right now i am under 2 year probation;not permanent yet.

i am simple,bit reserved kind person.i dont do politics,backbiting of colleagues or initiate fights with others.i am peaceful and focus more on my work rather than find faults in others' work.

but since my joining,many of my colleagues find extreme faults in my work and keep reporting to principal.the principal will scold me but not give me even 1 second to tell my side of the story..most of the times times i was mislead or given half information by others which led to these mistakes.

as i am unheard,so the main culprits are not exposed and i bear all insults.

if any senior colleague finds my work wrong,i dont mind if she tell my fault.

but they all shout,yell in front of entire staff and even my students,to the extent i have seen students laughing at teachers & gossipping about teachers that they are ill mannered and jealous of each other.

these students are mainly teenaged girls of 14-17 years.so they are very matured and keenly observe cold wars between teachers.

so what values can we teach students who see these public dramas.now these teenagers too have the impression that i am a soft target in this school who is bullied by her seniors.

once i tried discussing with incharge.once with my principal also.though they are nice ,they asked me to ignore such behaviors.

when i tell them that teachers behavior is observed by students they say that dont pay much attention to students because they are highly indisciplined.they need to be controlled.but what about controlling teachers own behaviors?

another incident- once a colleague distributed sweets to all for her husband's promotion..she purposely ignore me but gave to all;even to the sweeper and guard..my student was standing there.later she said to me "madam, how selfish this teacher is".this was a big slap on we teachers that a student is more concerned and courteous than my colleague.

once a colleague also called me IDIOT" in front of my student.when my student reported to me,this colleague called her a liar and even the principal said this.they both said that by believeing her,i am encouraging such students to disrespect teachers! but i know how honest and truthful this student is.

now how do i tackle this situation?off and on these situations are happening.no complaining to seniors has helped.please guide.

.i cant reply back to these colleagues ,because then students will have a good time enjoying the show.

please dont ask me to take a transfer because due to personal reasons i cant leave this school.
