how to come out of threatning and harasement by the previous employer.??
one of my cousins resinged from his duties and joined a new organisation due to dissatisfaction with the employer and their treatment. No timely salaries werre paid, no PF , no other benefits and day to day threatnings by the employer in each and every matter as he is related to some of the local politicians. Now after resigning , employer has given the date of releiving and all but again started threatning and harasement that he is going to lodge a police complaint against him as he found some fraud in his office , which is never happened and the intention is to disturb his present employment. Pl advise how to react in such situation and come out of that as my cousin is totally disturbed and not in a position to take it as he is from a very godd family background and ultimate his choice is to sucide as he cant take such harasements... Pl help.

In case he continues to threat your cousin you send him a legal notice stating that he should restrain from making any threats failing which you may initiate civil and criminal action against.Without any documentary evidence he cannot under law harm your cousin in any manner whatsoever.
u can lodge a harrasment and threatning complaint against him in police station or u can send legal notice regarding it or can be done both .and without any evidence he cannot harm ur cousin in any way
