Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Type your question here...i worked as a security gaurd in UAE for two years and later legally cancelled my visa in 2005 and came back to India, now I am in India and now i am planning to go to UAE on a job visa in a reputed company, but my name is appearing in the black list, because of it they are not processing my visa, could you please tell me why name is black listed? How to take out my name from the black list? Whom do you want me to approach? Awaiting your reply & help in this regard.

Reasons should be asked to UAE Embassy. Approach UAE Embassy.
