Unethical Business Practices
Hi. I am a Permanent Employee since 2.5 years with one of the Leading financial company into loans. Our sales targets are kept vey high on a monthly basis and since last month and a half the targets are not getting comleted as expected. Company is now going in losses and Boss has started harrasing me for termination on non-performance and not providing relieving incase of resignation. There are no written parameters set for performance. No goals nothing like that. Can an organization sack people without any reason. What actions can be taken against Boss / Company in this case..?? Can a senior in the company can harrass an employee for performance reasons..!! If i have to file a case against my boss what all evidence i need to arrange while presenting in the court..!!

If you are covered under labour law,then file complaint with conciliation officer otherwise approach civil court for appropriate relief.
