Legal Question in Employment Law in India
A unmarried person died while working in a private company.he had nominated his brother,who is a govt employee in all places,including PF ,EPF 1995.Can the brother claim pension under EPF 1995,even though he is a govt. employee?the parents of deceased have no objection in this regard.
