Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I wanted to join Government college but my ex college demanded notice pay of three months which i already paid and difference of sixth pay and fifth pay for which they took security deposit cheque and promised me not to encash it but now they are calling me and threatening that they will deposit the cheque but there is no money in my account.Please help
