Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I work for a KPO and they have increased the notice period from time to time. Instead of 30 days, now they have taken it to 90 days; I am taking up an assignment with a different company. Please suggest if a lawyers notice is applicable to this situation.

Notice period simply imply that if you are leaving without giving notice for that particular period, you would be liable to pay amounts provided in lieu thereof.
