Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I work with a MNC in India as a permanent employee.However, i intend to work part time over the weekends for a consulting company.My contract with my permanent job reads "The employee is expected to devote all time this job..." . My doing this kind of consulting job over the weekends is legal or not? Please advise.

Your working for a consultancy company on week ends will be illegal and against the terms of your appointment.
