Legal Question in Employment Law in India

i work with mnc has to serve 3 months notice period as per promotion letter, however i want to serve 2 months notice and ready tp pay for rest period. Please suggest can my current company force me to serve complete notice period or as per company law 30 days notice period is okay. Also if i serve 60 days notice & ready to pay 30 days amount would I get my releaving letter, experience certificate & my full n final settlement amount.
