Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I work for an MNC .. I have a service bond for 1 lakh rupees and 1 month notice...
I can give the notice.. n i do not need relieving letter from my co. ...
what are the legal ways of leaving without paying the bond amount ?

Though there may be an bond amount in your bond, generally the bond amount denotes the expenditure incurred by the company on your training. If no specialized training has been provided to you then , they can not enforce such bond and demand the money from you.
You can show us the copy of the Bond and then we can advice you properly.
