Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Hi, I work as an onrole parttime employee with one company approx 2 hrs daily. I have another company requesting me to work from home with the same background. Can I opt for 2 jobs at a time ? or can i work as a external employee to the new company? or what are the other options. The salary will fall less than 10lakhs inclusive of both payments.

hi,
No matter your annual salary is below 10 lakhs to be out of service tax net. Still you can work as consultant or retainer for the companies. The companies should not have any problem in this.
