i worked as assistant in SBI for 20 month i was permenant staff but i resigned my jog on june 2010 so is it possible to consider and rejoin in the same bank

you may approach the bank and state the reason of your resignation. the bank may tell you the procedure whether the resignation once given, can be revoked or not. to my mind, if you are relieved, you cannot take your resignation back at that stage.
