I worked with dav school in dadri, distt-gb nagar up, having its head office in delhi. i have been arbitrarily terminated from my job. which court should i approach for redressal --- noida distt. court or allahabad high court or delhi high court?

You should approach the Court nearest to your area of jurisdiction of the school and your residence.

NOIDA District Court. or Allahabad High Court will have jurisdiction. Delhi Courts will have no jurisdiction (Ref - case Patel Roadways, Supreme Court).
