Legal Question in Employment Law in India

i worked with genpact...and left it without serving notice letter...due to illness,i left it.but they are asking for notice perod ..otherwise, Recovery letter would be send to my address.I have shown the medical..but they are not ready to accept my resign..i am really confused..please ! help..

you may see a lawyer and he may send the legal notice to the company on your behalf.

Dear Sir / Madam,

It is evident from your query that illness is an aftermath. It is well within the Company's legal right to ask you to serve the notice period. f you have not served the notice period, you are liable to reimburse the Company with the notice period pay which will be recovered from your full and final settlement dues, owed to you by the Company.
