i have worked in maldives company in india Employer has been salary cheque in INR now cheque bounced bank said insufficent fund them acount kindly advice how I shall get the my payment

You have to send a legal notice first demanding the money and then if no payment maid , you can file complaint u/s 138 NI Act before the court.

you have to issue legal notice within 30 days of dishonour of the cheque. Thereafter wait for payment for 15days. If paid fine or else file a criminal complaint against the company
