Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I had worked one private concern six month back in mumbai. I had completed as a trainee period in that concern for 2007 to 2009. But the company had not paid my salary money for last two months before my resignation. My duration notice for only two years, but i had completed successfuly. Please give me the details of legally how will I approach through labour court. What is the procedure to collect my due salaries from my old company. Still I am working another new concern.
