Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I was working in Advertising agency as a Graphic Designer for 1 year.Our proprietor had told us to resign from immediately,because our proprietor want to change his business.He re leaves more than 35 employee at a time and now he refuse to pay our 2 month salary,which was pending from his side.
I want to know can i go to labor court against him ?

Yes send a strong legal to him first , and then you may file a complaint against him before the Labour Commissioner.
