Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I am working as an animation artist in a 3D animation studio.
I would like to do some freelance works. Freelance work will be in the photoshop software. Although my designation as animation artist does'nt need me to do any photoshop work at office, I am doing certain parts of photoshop work for my company.
My doubt is, the bond signed with my company forbids me to do any outside work. Is it okay if I do outside works, different from the kind of work I'm doing for my company and in entirely different softwares?

freelance and different work should not come into the way of your bond. You may also inform the company of your intention and their approval
