Legal Question in Employment Law in India

I was working with an autonomus body regd. society getting 100% grant from Deptt of personnal and training Govt of india for 26 years.I was the only pramanent employee of this board all other are on deputation form ministries or daily wagers. One of my boss tried to physicaly and sexually harrassed me. After my protest he gave me additional work of accounts where as my designation was office assistant(UDC payscale). EPF register was maintained by accountant but no one join on deputation for long . 18 month before (dec 2009) I availed pf loan of small amount. which was not entered in the EPF register. Two month back my same boss asked me to complete the register. I told I have no idea or traing for accounts work. He said you do it I will get it corrected from some one if any mistake found. I compeleted it but my withdrawal entry was not entered by my predeccesser . I also forget to enter it. Later it was found that Some interest was not credited so I had to apply flued at balance column. since it had commulative effect so it was applied at number of places. The flued was already applied at number of pages in the same register. A temporary accountant has also verifed that records and signed. I applied for additional CPF loan. Since I was the only clerical staff so i put the note without taking into consideration for balance in my account after my previous loan since note was made on the basis of account statement signed by the temprory acccountant who made it with the same register. My immidiate boss signed and forwarded to the same officer who was harrassing me. He gave me memo for alteration in official record to concel the information records for personal gain. I replied that I put the fluid at balance column to accomodate the change due to credit of interest. My loan entry was not there at all .I accepted that I availed the loan. I regreted for the mistake . Before this memo I was very upset by his phyiscal beheviour. So I was complled to give a written complaint against him. After my reply to memo they issued me chargesheet with the same cahrge.after six month long inquary they dismissed me. They have not take any action against him for my complaint. Two days before my dismisal they transfered him to his parent deptt. Three officer above me were united and now he is saying to the people that I have sattled my score by dismissing her .

What should I do and how should I do to get back my job and punish him.

you may file an appeal against the order of dismissal and consult a lawyer for taking suitable action against the wrong doers.
