Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I was working with a company for arround 1 and half years, at the time i joined the company they had told me sign a bond letter for 3 years, there it was mentioned that if I left jonb in between i need to give 50, 000/- to the company, well there in the appointment letter it was mentione dthat yearly increment will be there also it was not effect at all, eventhouh the company condition was very bad they treat employee badly this is such a company where there is not an option to take any leave, recently i was advise by the doctor to take rest for a week, for the same my wife send an application of leave but in return The HOD reply no require to give any medical certificate we need person when we need and wrote to search for a govt job too. after reading that mail we me my wife my parents decided to quit that job as it was an insult which against my self respect, now i got a new job recently and started joing since a week without taking and resignation from the past company.
My PF amount deposite is 24000/- LTA , bonus and Mediclaim total will be of 55000/- which i cannot let it go.
I need suggestion from the experts how to get releif from it without investing any money, any rules norms from the labour laws, i have evidence that is another few employes, reply of leave application where it clearly mentioned "Search govt job" against my medical leave.
