HI, I am working in a company, and the same company hasn\'t paid salary to all the employees atleast from last three months.\nWhat to do?

firstly, u should state at what position you working in your company. in case you not working in any supervisory capacity and do not have any employees under you, your case would be considered by the labour courts and in case you are holding a position whereby there are employees reporting to you, u need to file a civil suit for recovery of your salary.

you all may approach to the labour court if you are not in administration job and if executive.
