i was working with a company as sales officer in mumbai the salary issuing date started becoming late last month means december month salary i didnt get it till jan 16. my boss called me tat day i didnt have a single penny to go there and watever money i had i spent it tat day to meet a client. afternoon they wanted me to come to office but i said i cant i didnt tell them the reason that i dont have money but i said am busy ... the main factor is i stay alone in a rented flat which cost 6000rs p/m and my payment date is 10. i need to look after this and cope up with lots of responsibilities .. but my boss said m fired an i ll not get my payment . i requested so many times till now but he is giving one or the other reasons,i contacted to the job placement office through whom i got this lead , they spoked with them and my boss answered tat i was on leave so he will not pay me.... yes i was on leave coz as am catholic i wanted leave for christmas from 26 dec till 2nd jan i was on leave but with the permission from my boss .. so pleas i want ur guidance for this ,,,,, have not gone wrong anywhere in my work but i dont know whats the reason behind this ... please i need ur help as am lot in trouble.. hoping to get some help from you... please do the needful
