Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I was working with a company for the last 2.5 years and just left the job because of work load and mental frustration more than my designation. The main reason for leaving the job is company is pressuring to do unethical things for their business development. So I left the company and joined with another company, but there I required relieving letter. I was having a bond with the previous company for 4 years of 1.5 lac amount. They pressured me to pay 1 lac as the bond amount, as it was the question of my second employment, I paid them 1 lac for my relieving letter and full and final settlement. Please let me know, is bond is valid in any condition and if I want to take any legal action against the company, what are the procedures. Because it is not the one and only case same company doing to its employees. They take different amounts from my friends also for the same bond issue. Company is creating such a situation that nobody can work there for long time, and if they leave, taking money from them. New way of business. Please let me know, that I can do anything for this issue.
