Dear Friend,
How is it possible that you are working 24x7 for the Company ... do you mean to say that you bathe, eat, and sleep in the Company premises itself ? Is your salary not commensurate with your qualification and experience ? If yes, considering the perquisites other than the monetary salary compensation the Company offers you, question yourself, whether you have the right to ask for more salary from the Company. If no, tell your boss upfront that you will work for only the designated 12 hours as initially agreed, and that they should pay you overtime for each additional hour's effort given by you to the Company. Leave the Company premises, no sooner you finish your daily office work.
