I was working in coop sugar mill as an accountant. Mill went into liquidation in 2006 and i resigned from my job on 5/10/2007. still my payment of gratuity is pending.Sugarfed has given the VRS scheme in 2011 and other employee got the VRS amount inculding the grauity payment. can i get gratuity with payment of interest

Hi
If the company has gone into liquidation, then must file your claim before thr official liquidator appointed by the concerned high court. Alternatively you can approach labour commissioner of the concerned area.
but do check the status of the company in the office of official liquidator first.
