Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I am working Indian Pharmaceutical company as a Regional Sales Manager. Companay has asked me to proceed on leave as my area of operation has merged with other regional manager and now no body is reporting to me since 7th of August 2012. I have been just informed to proceed on leave only . no formal information rather has been communicated other than this. Now my superior is pressurising me to put the papers down from tomorrow. What should i do . Please advise. Could my company terminate my services as it has written in my appointment letter as well. Pls advise asap.

this is another way of making you resign from your post. in case there is no hope left, you may approach a lawyer for the legal action.
