i am working with kay kay overseas behlaf of dell india pvt ltd in online booking a laptop when i join they said in a week they will provide offer letter and joining letter, but they not given to us not any after joining i know no one getting offer letter and they saying u will getting the salary what u want at the time of leaaving we will provide u experience letter. and they wont providing bonus and pf nothing actually if they fire us then also we dnt have any proof and nothing kind of facility they are providing no ans when people asking abt they bonus no one is getting. so can we sue the company abt there negligence. and not providing the security to any employee even 3 yrs old employee also not getting permenant letter or something. please help.

Hi,
This is a good ground to approach labor court and get justice. This all tricks are done by corporate companies to avoid service tax/professional taxes. Also this provides a safe play for them, as they can terminate any one at any time or close the current business unit in a day and start with new business. This is done to minimise the liabilities in future. So, you employees can send a legal notice to the company, and ask for the details.
