Legal Question in Employment Law in India

i am working as a lecturer in a government aided minority christian institution from 2003 as per the proceedings of the appointment committee of the institute i was appointed in a particular retirement vacancy in the unapproved category in2003and issued the appointment letter stating the particular vacancy in 2005 i was asked to go to self financing department and without prior intimation to me the retirement vacancy was given to a person who is appointed in 2005 and when the government asked to fill the retirement vacancy her name was sent for approval i was asked not to go to court and was promised the next vacancy but now it is denied to me the person who is appointed in my place has completed two years of her service is there any legal remedy for my problem

You should have moved the court the moment the other latter appointed person was appointed to the retirement vacancy.

Still you can go to the Court clearly explaining the delay.
