Legal Question in Employment Law in India
i was working as manager from last 18 months company was paying irregular salaries now so mcuh dues are pending how we can dues as company say we have no money to pay we are tring to get funding once we get we will pay you but since 2 yrs they have not got any funding they have started selling assets and paying salaries to current employees

File the claim in writing to the company and also file a complaint in writing to the area labour commissioner.
