Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I am working in a media MNC for the last few years. However, though the official working hours are 9-5, mon-fri, everyday we are made to work till 11pm or sometimes till 1am and even on saturdays. This happens every day of the week. In fact from the last few months, no one from the office has left before 10pm. The problem is we are not paid overtime. Does the company have to pay overtime? Also, under what category will an advertising mnc fall under?

yes, the company is liable to pay overtime. the employees may jointly file a complaint against the MNC before Company Law Board.
