Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I am working in an MNC company and submitted my resignation. I served my notice period also and to be relieved tomorrow. My company is not likely to give me relieving letter and asking me to complete the work which is unreasonable at the last moment and dragging. They are not listening to my request for relieving letter. What should i do now and where to approach.

Why they are doing this to you? Are they trying to prevent you from joining another company?
You can approach the employer with a lawyer and that should solve the problem.
