Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I am working in a MNC since 15 feb 2010, and as per offer letter they have provided to me at the time of joining, its written that I will be entitled to get bonus amount of Rs 50,000 after completion of 2 years.
I got the Rs 50,000 as bonus amount after 2 years but now the HR told me that they have by mistake given that offer letter and they will deducting the same in seven installment from the salary.
I have the hard copy of offer letter, request you to let me know that is there any legal rules and regulation as per which they can deduct the same.

It cannot be termed a mistake after two years. Speak to higher management.
