Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I am working for an MNC in india for the last 15 years and have been an excellent performer for 14 years in the capacity of branch sales manager and presently working as operations manager .There is no disciplinary action against me in my tenure with the company.. The company has suddenly asked me to resign due to personal bias, without any legitimate reason and no disciplinary action and non performance advise has ever been issued to me. I would like to know how much compensation should I seek from the company. 27 mths tenure of my service has been left as on date.

the compensation would depend upon your terms of agreement and the case made out by you for claiming the same.
