Legal Question in Employment Law in India

I am working in pharma company sales dept. Company has not paid my December, Jan salary. On 28th Jan they phone me & informed today is your last working day & asked me to resign. I asked them to pay my pending salary then only I will resign. Till date they have not deposited my salary. On phone they are not responding to me. What I can do?

Dear Sir / Madam,

(Dhankawadi, Pune, Maharasthra)

The Company is not only bound to pay you the salary of December, 2012 & January, 2013, but also the notice pay as per the terms and conditions of your appointment, for termination of your service without serving the required notice to you. You should not telephone, but immediately write to the Managing Director of the Company and request settlement of all your dues within 7 days, failing which straightaway lodge a Police complaint.
