hello , i am working in pvt firm,i am on 3 month maternity leave.when i feel i am not doing work any more nor serve the notice period because doctor advised me full bed rest. so i have resign after resign they give me termination letter.and say i am doing anti comp activity.what should i do?they have my 30 thousand money also

i think you are from noida. you need to see a lawyer with all the documents and appropriate case for recovery of dues and injunction can be filed.

Dear Madam,
Please furnish the Doctor's Certificate along with an email followed by a couriered letter to the Company HR Head asking him / her to immediately settle your full and final settlement dues within a week.
A termination letter issued by the Company post resignation letter is meaningless and the charges levelled by them against you do not carry any weight. They are just threatening you to try and deter you from persuing your claim on the full and final settlement of your dues.
