Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Currently i am working in reputed bank, I had already resign from the services. As per bank policy i need to serve the notice period of 90 days or need to paid the shortfall of the notice period, but my superior is not ready to reliev befor 3 months. I am ready to pay for 2 months salary and 1 months notice period. Request you to please guide me for the relieving letter.

the superior cannot stop you from exercising your rights mentioned in the appointment letter.

You may just send the amount equal to three months notice period and relax
